Description: Brands have the ability to integrate the Brij app with Cordial. To get started, users simply need to provide a privately generated API key that has been given the necessary permissions.
Benefit: This is designed to streamline workflows, allowing users to leverage the benefits of both Brij and Cordial in a seamless manner, sending profiles to Cordial for CDP aggregation or custom flows in follow-up campaigns.
Event Trigger: Registration Submission events are what triggers the sending of profile data. Specifically, when the customer submits a "Purchase Details" Form as part of their registration.

How to set it up

You may need to have this integration setting enabled first, speak with your account manager if you don't see the options described below
- Create an API key in Cordial and name it something with "Brij" in the title so you know what it's for in the future
- Instructions for creating API keys: https://support.cordial.com/hc/en-us/articles/115005365087-API-keys
- Make sure to give all permissions except "Delete". This one is not needed as we never delete records from Cordial. The others allow Brij to create new customers and update existing ones.
- In the Brij Platform, go to Settings > Integrations tab
- At the top, in the CRM section, check the box for "Automatically Create User Profiles in CRM"
- Choose Cordial from the dropdown
- Paste in your API Key, which is created in the Cordial platform
- Click Save button in the bottom right corner!
