Overview
The Corso integration allows you to embed Corso’s warranty claim system directly into your Brij experience. By using Brij’s iFrame module, customers can file warranty claims without leaving your branded environment, keeping the process smooth, on-brand, and part of the same experience that drove their initial engagement.
This is ideal for brands who want to offer post-purchase support in the same flow as their product registration, rebates, or other Brij modules.
Why integrate Corso with Brij?
- Customers can file claims for products purchased anywhere — not just your online store.
- Warranty claims happen in the same interface they used to register or engage with your product.
- You create a unified, trustworthy, and frictionless post-purchase journey.
How it works
When a customer interacts with your Brij experience:
- They access your experience by scanning a QR code, visiting a short link, or from an email link.
- Inside the experience, they see a File a Warranty Claim option (your Corso iFrame module).
-
The Corso warranty claim form loads directly inside the Brij experience — no external redirects.
- The customer selects the product and enters their claim details.
- The claim is submitted through Corso, while the customer remains in your branded Brij interface.
How to enable the integration
- Contact your Corso account manager to receive your warranty claim form URL.
- In your Brij Brand Dashboard, go to Experiences and select the experience you want to enhance.
- Click Modules → choose iFrame Module.
- Paste the Corso URL into the module’s settings and adjust the display height/width for both desktop and mobile.
-
Publish the experience.
- Test by opening the experience and filing a sample claim.
Summary
By integrating Corso into your Brij experiences, you keep your warranty claim process on-brand, seamless, and embedded alongside the rest of your engagement tools. This reduces friction for customers and increases the likelihood that they’ll complete their claims while still interacting with your content.
