Overview
Brij integrates with leading email and SMS marketing platforms to help brands turn product registrations, sweepstakes, and rebates into actionable marketing data.
Currently, Brij supports integrations with Klaviyo, Attentive, Cordial, and Postscript, each designed to sync customer data captured through Brij experiences (such as product registrations, marketing consent, and rebates) into your marketing platform.
While all integrations help brands grow their marketing audiences, they differ in which events are sent, what consent types are supported, and whether behavioral events are stored in the destination platform.
This guide explains the key differences so you understand the difference when setting them up.
Integration Overview
Klaviyo Integration
The Brij → Klaviyo integration is the most comprehensive integration available. It sends multiple registration and rebate events and profile attributes into Klaviyo so brands can trigger automated flows and segment users based on customer behavior.
Key capabilities include:
- Creates and updates customer profiles, adding phone number and other data as customers complete their registration in Brij.
- Sends email marketing single consent when collected
- Sends SMS marketing single consent when collected
- Updates SMS marketing consent if customers text STOP or START to Brij during rebate campaign
- Sends all registration and rebate lifecycle events into Klaviyo - this means the Klaviyo event history on each profile may show events from Brij like Initiation, Submission, Approval, and Denial among others - this enables segmentation and flow triggers.
- Stores full event data, enabling segmentation and flow triggers based on fields within specific events.
Common events sent to Klaviyo include:
- Registration Initiation
- Registration Submission
- Registration Approval or Denial
- Profile Update
- Rebate Initiation
- Rebate Submission
- Rebate Approval or Denial
- Rebate Payout
- Rebate SMS Opt-In
- Rebate SMS Opt-Out
These events allow brands to build automations such as:
- Welcome flows
- Abandoned registration reminders
- Post-registration onboarding sequences
- Customer segmentation based on experience interactions.
Attentive Integration
The Brij → Attentive integration focuses specifically on SMS subscriber acquisition for now.
When a customer submits a valid phone number and explicitly opts in to SMS marketing through a a Brij Registration experience, the integration automatically syncs that user into Attentive as a subscriber.
Rebate signups are not sent to Attentive yet, but in development.
Key capabilities include:
- Creates profiles in Attentive with phone number
- Enables SMS marketing single consent
- Enables brands to trigger SMS campaigns and automations in Attentive
Unlike Klaviyo, this integration primarily focuses on subscriber creation rather than event tracking, meaning behavioral events are not stored in Attentive.
Postscript Integration
The Brij → Postscript integration enables brands to capture SMS subscribers through Brij experiences and sync them into Postscript for messaging campaigns.
Profiles are created in Postscript when SMS consent is collected during various events.
Key capabilities include:
- Creates SMS subscriber profiles in Postscript
- Syncs consent captured in Brij Experience
- Supports both registration-base and rebate-based subscriber acquisition
- Automatically removes SMS consent if a user opts out by sending "stop" to Brij via text message.

Cordial Integration
The Brij → Cordial integration enables brands to send customer profile data collected during product registrations (not SMS rebates) into Cordial for customer data platform (CDP) enrichment and marketing automation.
Profiles are sent to Cordial when a customer completes a registration that includes the Purchase Details form within a Brij experience.
Key capabilities include:
- Creates customer profiles in Cordial

FAQ
Why does Klaviyo support more events than the other integrations?
Klaviyo supports detailed event ingestion, which allows Brij to send multiple lifecycle events that can trigger flows and segmentation.
Why aren’t events stored in Attentive or Postscript?
Those platforms primarily focus on subscriber management and messaging, rather than storing a full event history.
Can Brij send double SMS opt-in to these platforms?
No. Brij can pass single opt-in consent, but SMS platforms must collect double opt-in confirmation themselves to comply with messaging regulations.
